About the role

• Senior Consultant Business Design working in a team to shape clients' digital future from analysis to implementation. Leading projects and developing innovative business models with a focus on technology and strategy.

Responsibilities

• In the Business Design team, we shape the digital future together with our clients — from the initial trend analysis to the successful implementation of innovative business models.
• You conduct trend analyses (e.g., megatrends, business and technology trends) and derive innovative products and services from them.
• You lead digitalization projects for our clients by translating new business models and service offerings into technical concepts.
• You develop new business models and methods to optimize existing processes for our clients.
• You support our clients across all project lifecycle phases: (pre-)sales, proposal development, project management, and execution.
• You will take responsibility for coaching and mentoring your coachees.

Requirements

• You have experience leading IT projects or optimizing business processes.
• You have experience developing digital business models and products.
• You possess solid knowledge of current technologies and products.
• You have excellent knowledge of common project management methods (agile & traditional).
• Good know-how of current technology and business trends (hyperscalers, e.g., Amazon, Microsoft).
• You are fluent in German and English (business/professional proficiency).
• You enjoy traveling.
