About the role

• Consultant Finance Transformation at Wavestone focusing on digital finance projects in the insurance sector, facilitating the link between business and IT for operational processes.

Responsibilities

• We are expanding our Insurance International team and are looking for you as a Finance Transformation Consultant (all genders) at the location of your choice.
• You can look forward to exciting projects focused on digital finance transformation and insurance processes.
• You actively shape digitalization projects in Financial Services — from conception to implementation.
• You act as a bridge between the business area and IT, supporting our clients in optimizing and further developing their operational accounting processes as well as in implementing finance processes, systems, and architectures.
• You contribute to internal team initiatives, e.g. knowledge management, and help drive the development of expertise in digitalization and accounting.
• You systematically build your professional and technical expertise and continuously expand our consulting portfolio with your enthusiasm.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in economics/business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on finance.
• You are interested in digital transformation in the insurance or banking industry — particularly in the development of future-proof finance processes.
• You want to continuously expand your knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You enjoy a flexible project environment and business travel as part of our hybrid working model.
