Responsibilities
- As a Consultant in the Project Management Excellence practice, you shape the digital transformation of leading organizations across Europe.
- You work on projects that connect strategy, organization, and technology.
- You take on the role of (Junior) Project Lead, PMO, or Scrum Master and support the structured management of complex initiatives — classical, hybrid, or agile.
- You develop solutions with measurable value and learn to lead projects in a customer-oriented and results-driven way.
- You support project management and the PMO in planning, controlling, and reporting on complex projects and programmes.
- You facilitate meetings, foster team collaboration, and ensure adherence to agile principles.
- You apply digital tools and selected AI applications to make project work more efficient, transparent, and data-driven.
- You contribute to business development activities, e.g., preparing proposals or developing topic areas.
Requirements
- A university degree with above-average results in Business, (Business) Informatics, Public Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in project management, PMO activities, and agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) within a consulting environment.
- Enthusiasm for new technologies and their application in project contexts (e.g., data analysis, automation, AI-enabled tools).
- Analytical thinking and a passion for tackling complex challenges.
- Team-oriented, strong communicator, and high sense of responsibility.
- Fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel within Europe.
