  • Senior Project Manager handling complex strategic projects in operations and supply chain at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Guiding initiatives ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment with a focus on efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex strategic projects in operations and supply chain that make a meaningful impact on our mission
  • Guide successful execution of important initiatives across functions, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams through the complete project lifecycle while maintaining focus on business objectives and quality standards
  • Implement process improvements, new technologies, and transformational changes that enhance operational efficiency and customer success

Requirements

  • Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Preferred Fields of Study: engineering, business, science, or related field
  • Relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desired
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets over $500K
  • Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (MS Project, Agile/Scrum, etc.)
