About the role
- Consultant Finance Transformation driving digital finance transformation in Insurance International Team. Collaborating on projects from conception to implementation in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- We are expanding our Insurance International team and are looking for you as a Consultant, Finance Transformation (all genders) at the location of your choice.

- You actively shape digitalization projects in Financial Services — from concept to implementation.
- You act as a link between the business and IT, supporting our clients in optimizing and developing their operational accounting processes as well as in implementing financial processes, systems, and architectures.
- You contribute to internal initiatives within the team, e.g., knowledge management, and help drive the build-up of know-how around digitalization and accounting.
- You systematically build your professional and technical expertise and continuously develop our consulting portfolio with your enthusiasm.
Requirements
- You have completed a degree in economics/business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on finance.
- You are interested in digital transformation in the insurance and/or banking sector — particularly in advancing future-ready finance processes.
- You want to continuously expand your knowledge in the area of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- You enjoy a flexible project environment and travel as part of our hybrid working model.
