About the role

  • Prozess- und Projektmanager bei wattline zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen. Unterstützung der Fachbereiche sowie Schulungen für eine prozessorientierte Unternehmenskultur.

Responsibilities

  • analyze, document and visualize business processes to identify and implement improvements
  • advise and support process owners
  • promote a process-oriented corporate culture through training and workshops
  • develop and implement standards, methodologies and tools
  • support company-wide projects to digitize and optimize existing processes
  • work closely with business units, gather requirements and prepare them for software development

Requirements

  • some to several years of professional experience in process management or in project work
  • enjoyment in analyzing relationships and translating them into clear, traceable actions
  • ability to create structure and prioritize tasks
  • comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and communicating openly with a solution-oriented approach
  • strong willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous development
