Responsibilities
Define and execute strategies to improve overall Trial early tenure engagement and conversion.
Continuously analyze/monitor Trial engagement and conversion performance and act as the subject-matter expert for all things Walmart+ Trial.
Build and iterate on high value actions with Product, Marketing and other partners to execute plans, analyze results, and define next steps.
Formulate hypotheses and frame deep-dives that bring forth insights and accelerate our strategic engagement.
Identify, define, scope, and prioritize strategic areas of research to inform businesses cases and decision making.
Collaborate with business, marketing, product, operations, analytics, finance, etc. stakeholders to inform strategic approaches, tests design, roadmap, success metrics, and reporting.
Develop deep understanding of customer cohorts, motivation, and member journey to deliver targeted strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
