About the role

  • Strategy Manager driving brand strategy and cultural insights for creative agency PACIFIC UEG in Munich. Collaborating on client projects, market research, and innovative brand experiences in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Get things done — from researching cultural trends and taking part in brainstorming sessions to preparing briefings, developing creative concepts, and managing our strategic tools
  • Drive strategy workstreams from insight to execution across client projects, pitches, and internal initiatives
  • Conduct market and trend research across sectors such as fashion, music, art, design, technology, and gaming to understand what’s shaping culture today
  • Create compelling presentations, strategic narratives, and briefings that inspire both clients and creative teams
  • Develop and own strategic tools, frameworks, and knowledge hubs that make our team smarter and faster
  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams to design integrated, culture-first brand experiences
  • Ensure strategic alignment on complex projects so teams remain focused on brand purpose and direction
  • Challenge the status quo by proactively introducing new ideas, methodologies, or cultural perspectives that advance brands

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic roles — ideally at a creative, brand, or experience agency
  • Proven ability to translate research into meaningful strategy and creative impact
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
  • Deep curiosity and cultural fluency across industries and subcultures
  • Strategic, independent, and proactive mindset
  • Structured and organized approach with confidence leading tasks, projects, and people
  • Solid skills in Microsoft 365 and/or other strategic/creative tools such as Miro, Notion, etc.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
