Responsibilities
Define End-to-End Strategy: Own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap for complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through to global rollout.
Drive Strategic Execution: Lead high-stakes, end-to-end projects that require deep integration across engineering, operations, and marketing.
Optimize the Ecosystem: Identify and resolve systemic friction points in the eCommerce funnel, including search, discovery, checkout, and post-purchase experiences.
Data-Driven Innovation: Champion a culture of rigorous experimentation to validate new business models and maximize ROI.
Mentorship & Best Practices: Act as a "force multiplier" by mentoring other PMs and establishing best-in-class product management frameworks across the organization.
Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Extensive Experience: Typically 7–10+ years in product management with a proven track record of shipping complex, large-scale eCommerce or digital retail solutions.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer behavior metrics (AOV, Conversion, CLV) to inform high-leverage product bets.
Mastery of Influence: Exceptional ability to lead without formal authority, navigating diverse teams and bridging the gap between technical requirements and business goals.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
Customer Obsession: Deep empathy for the end-user, focusing on creating seamless, intuitive digital experiences.
Resilience in Ambiguity: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple high-priority workstreams and adapting to shifting market dynamics.
