Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot
- Proficiency in related technologies such as Hibernate, GraphQL and RESTful APIs
- Extensive understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and best practices for designing scalable and resilient backend systems
- Proficient in using Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications
- Commitment to writing clean, testable code with a focus on test coverage and quality assurance
- Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Maven, Jenkins, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in building and deploying applications in cloud environments (Azure, or GCP)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Proven ability to lead projects and teams, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to successful completion
- Prior experience with AI-based tools and models would be an added advantage
