Responsibilities
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to design and deliver programs.
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact data engineering programs.
- Own roadmaps and outcomes, ensuring alignment across business, product, and engineering partners.
- Translate strategic goals into program delivery roadmaps and measured business value.
- Build executive-level visibility with clear metrics and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for Agentic AI workflows or MCP-based integrations.
- Ensure compliance with data quality, security, and privacy standards.
- Mentor other TPMs and engineers on program execution best practices.
Requirements
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
- Certification in Project Management.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 4 years’ experience in product design.
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
