Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions that drive business results.

- Work cross-functionally with business, product, data science, front-end engineering, Java Backend engineering and data engineering teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- Effectively communicate technical work to senior/executive leaders in both technical and non-technical settings.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and trends, serving as a thought leader who inspires and guides teams to harness AI for improving productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Deep knowledge and experience in building complex, large-scale, mission-critical applications with microservice architecture in Kubernetes.
- Highly resourceful and methodical in solution/architecture/API/codebase design and ability to translate product requirement into engineering blueprint.
- Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs and related tooling ecosystem is a plus.
- Experience developing and maintaining SDLC processes and best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and model monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize requirements across multiple domains and influence stakeholders/peer teams for strategic alignment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to approach problems in a logical and systematic manner.
