Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy, performance management, or advanced analytics in complex, large-scale businesses (preferably last-mile, supply-chain, logistics, or e-commerce)
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze large data sets, and translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in analytics tools: For performance management roles, proficiency in SQL (Big Query or similar), Python (or R), Tableau / Looker, and experience with large-scale data handling and cloud-based platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience influencing senior cross-functional leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale metrics frameworks and governance processes that drive accountability
  • A track record of leading high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 2: Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 3: 6 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
