About the role
- Customer Data Lead overseeing client-specific data operations for CUBE's regulatory data services. Ensuring best-in-class data services across North America.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of CUBE’s customer-specific data services in North America.
- Ensure regulatory data feeds, exports, and custom content mappings are delivered accurately, on time, and to specification.
- Manage SLAs, delivery milestones, and data quality controls for assigned customers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for customer data processes and mappings.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a client-facing data delivery, analytics, or operations role within SaaS or data/RegTech companies.
- 2+ years overseeing data delivery or implementation project(s).
- Strong technical fluency in data manipulation (SQL, Excel, APIs) and data validation practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory data, legal tech, or compliance platforms is a strong asset.
