About the role

  • Analyst managing supplier risk for Volkswagen operations in Brazil. Focus on data analysis, financial support, and supplier strategy alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Data management skills to monitor financially critical suppliers to prevent production disruptions;
  • Recommend and follow up on strategies with commodity managers and align global actions with the VW Group;
  • Develop and implement financial support plans for critical suppliers, mitigating potential losses for the company;
  • Localize and adapt global actions to regional realities, ensuring consistency with group guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law, Logistics, Data Management, or related fields;
  • Advanced English required;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office for frequent development of spreadsheets (Excel) and presentations (PowerPoint);
  • Experience in data analysis and data management, creating dashboards, KPIs and BI, and use of AI;
  • Experience assessing companies' financial situations;
  • Experience in restructuring processes, mergers & acquisitions, judicial reorganization, and corporate bankruptcy;
  • Knowledge of the automotive supplier chain is a plus.
