About the role

  • Account Manager for social and health businesses in West Germany using ERP software. Engaging with clients, driving projects, and optimizing software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You are the point of contact for our existing customers in West Germany (postal code areas 5 and 6) within the social and healthcare sector and support them in using our software solutions.
  • You are responsible for securing new orders from our long-standing customers. This includes negotiating, finalizing contracts, and modifying existing agreements.
  • You deliver engaging and informative presentations to our customers.
  • You participate in trade fairs, specialist forums, and customer events.
  • You act as both an internal and external contact for subject-matter questions and maintain regular communication with our functional departments (product management, software development, marketing, sales).

Requirements

  • You have experience in the social services sector, either through relevant training or professional experience.
  • Alternatively, you have proven success in account management/retention sales, ideally in the area of software solutions.
  • Your demeanor is characterized by poise and confidence, helping you succeed in negotiations and customer relationships.
  • You understand customers' needs and can empathize with their situation to offer tailored solutions.
  • Your communication skills, negotiation ability, and rhetorical finesse are outstanding, enabling you to persuade customers and build long-term relationships.
  • With a strong IT affinity and a service-oriented mindset, you can optimally support customers in the use of software solutions.
