Responsibilities
You are the point of contact for our existing customers in West Germany (postal code areas 5 and 6) within the social and healthcare sector and support them in using our software solutions.
You are responsible for securing new orders from our long-standing customers. This includes negotiating, finalizing contracts, and modifying existing agreements.
You deliver engaging and informative presentations to our customers.
You participate in trade fairs, specialist forums, and customer events.
You act as both an internal and external contact for subject-matter questions and maintain regular communication with our functional departments (product management, software development, marketing, sales).
Requirements
You have experience in the social services sector, either through relevant training or professional experience.
Alternatively, you have proven success in account management/retention sales, ideally in the area of software solutions.
Your demeanor is characterized by poise and confidence, helping you succeed in negotiations and customer relationships.
You understand customers' needs and can empathize with their situation to offer tailored solutions.
Your communication skills, negotiation ability, and rhetorical finesse are outstanding, enabling you to persuade customers and build long-term relationships.
