About the role

  • Support role in regulatory legal department of a construction materials company. Involves research, document reviews, and legal compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support with research, document review, and drafting legal opinions on data protection, intellectual property, anti‑corruption, competition/antitrust law, and regulatory law;
  • Assist in managing the company’s trademark portfolio;
  • Support the organization and management of administrative and judicial proceedings in the department’s subject areas;
  • Monitor administrative proceedings before various authorities (CADE, ANTT, INPI and ANPD);
  • Compile administrative precedents and case law related to the department’s matters.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, with expected graduation from 12/2027 onward;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Preferred: knowledge of regulatory matters, compliance, LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and competition/antitrust issues; proactive attitude; excellent writing skills; and ability to work well in a team.
