- Attend weekly follow-up meetings for active projects and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist in updating monthly investment controls (cash flows, budget control, and schedules)
- Support project planning activities
- Assist in preparing project-related PowerPoint presentations
- Help update spreadsheets for CAPEX management meetings
- Support filing processes and documentation controls on the network
- Assist in retrieving and analyzing SAP data needed for project and department management.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, with an expected graduation date of July 2027 or later
- Proactive mindset, logical reasoning, and negotiation skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Power BI and SAP is a plus
- Intermediate English
