About the role

• Workday HCM Developer providing ongoing support and training while engaging with project leads. Working autonomously and collaboratively in a transformative consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing partnership and guidance from Product Owner and Workday Lead
• Workday Lead is expected to train and will actively engage with them throughout the week, but they will also need to be able to work autonomously in stretches, researching and testing options independently as appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the areas of Workday Time, Absence or Payroll
• Workday configuration experience is desired, but candidates with the appropriate business knowledge who are very proficient at learning and adopting complex systems would also be considered for this role
• Strong Excel skills
