About the role
- Analista Pleno responsible for managing entry fiscal notes and ensuring compliance for Votorantim CoE. Focused on interactions with Logistics and Accounting teams.
Responsibilities
- Enter incoming invoices for materials and services into the ERP system;
- Verify fiscal and tax data (CFOP, CST, ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS rates, etc.);
- Validate freight documents and post the corresponding fiscal entries;
- Assist in resolving discrepancies between purchase orders, invoices and physical receipts;
- Interact with Purchasing, Logistics and Accounting to ensure correct information flow;
- Monitor and control pending or inconsistent fiscal documents;
- Support audits and assist with tax inspections as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
- Previous experience in the tax/fiscal area, with a focus on goods receipt and freight;
- Knowledge of fiscal and tax legislation applied to incoming invoices;
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP, Oracle, TOTVS or similar);
- Intermediate Excel skills.
