About the role
- Analyst supporting the Capital Markets team in mortgage loan sale execution. Focusing on operational workflows and capital partner management to optimize loan processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute loan locks across multiple 30-year mortgage takeout channels, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement
- Manage due diligence processes for warehouse facilities and long-term loan sales, including support for the company's securitization program
- Maintain and update Vontive's loan level pricing engine to ensure accurate execution across all loan sale channels
- Support loan sale execution by coordinating with capital partners and tracking optimal placement for each loan originated
- Communicate with capital partners to manage daily funding needs and monitor warehouse line utilization
- Assist with post-loan sale processes to ensure operational accuracy and reporting integrity
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
- Bachelors Degree in Business (Finance preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with data management or reporting tools a plus
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
- Interest in learning debt capital markets and structured finance
- Willingness to work at a high-growth start-up
