About the role
- Senior Associate in Banking & Finance team at Allens, focusing on securitisation and structured finance. Collaborate with Partners and junior lawyers on complex transactions.
Responsibilities
- You'll be a part of our Banking & Finance team and work with lawyers across all of our offices
- Working closely with our Partners and the wider team
- Gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market
- Work on public and private securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS, trade receivables, whole‑business), including warehousing
- Securitisation like structured finance solutions (such as loan on loan and other back leverage products)
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke and complex transaction documentation
- Supervising junior lawyers and driving efficient matter delivery
Requirements
- Experience in a leading Banking & Finance practice, with strong exposure to securitisation, structured finance, derivatives, or similarly complex financing structures
- The ability to run matters independently, manage transaction timelines and progress deals
- Confidence advising clients directly and working closely with partners and other senior stakeholders
- An interest in building a long‑term specialism in structured finance within a top‑tier environment
- A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others
