Responsibilities
- Translate creative briefs into eye-catching visuals
- Collaborate with our marketing team and work on all communication materials for marketing campaigns (online & offline) such as promotional materials, digital banners & videos, in-store and promotional materials for our retail stores, visual content to support HR needs
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development to generate new and innovative design ideas
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all customer touch points
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design techniques to ensure our work remains fresh and innovative
- Meet tight deadlines as required
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
- A dynamic portfolio of illustrations and assets used on 360º campaigns
- Excellent use of Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript will be considered an asset
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communicator, who can easily adapt
- Strong team spirit and collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
