Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Aus- und Weiterbildungen in der Finanz- und idealerweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft
- Erfahrung als Kundenberater:in mit Schwerpunkt Wohnbaufinanzierung
- Begeisterung für das Thema Wohnbau und fortlaufende Weiterbildung, um neueste Entwicklungen und Trends zu verfolgen
- Analytische Vorgehensweise und Erfahrung in der strukturierten Erarbeitung von Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten
- Unternehmerisches und vernetztes Denken
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
