About the role
- Berater:in Wohnbaufinanzierung at Volksbank Vorarlberg supporting customer housing finance needs. Collaborating with colleagues and partners in a hybrid and client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Erarbeitung von Finanzierungslösungen für unsere Kund:innen bei der Umsetzung ihrer Wohnträume
- Unterstützung unserer Kundenbetreuer:innen in den Filialen im Bereich Wohnraumfinanzierung
- Auf- und kontinuierlicher Ausbau der Wohnbaufinanzierungen entsprechend unserer Geschäftsstrategie
- Gesamtheitliche Analyse und Beurteilung von Wohnbau- bzw. Sanierungsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Vertriebspartnern
- Analyse und Durchführung von Cross-Selling-Aktivitäten
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Aus- und Weiterbildungen in der Finanz- und idealerweise in der Immobilienwirtschaft
- Erfahrung als Kundenberater:in mit Schwerpunkt Wohnbaufinanzierung
- Begeisterung für das Thema Wohnbau und fortlaufende Weiterbildung, um neueste Entwicklungen und Trends zu verfolgen
- Analytische Vorgehensweise und Erfahrung in der strukturierten Erarbeitung von Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten
- Unternehmerisches und vernetztes Denken
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
