About the role

  • After Sales Verkäufer overseeing customer acquisition and support for a plate heat exchanger manufacturer. Responsible for strategic marketing and sales strategies in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Systematic acquisition of new customers and ongoing customer account management
  • Strategic market development in collaboration with back-office colleagues
  • Development of region-specific sales and marketing strategies
  • Pricing and preparation of quotations/offers
  • Use and maintenance of the client-side CRM system
  • Participation in regional and national trade shows

Requirements

  • Relevant commercial or technical qualification (academic or vocational)
  • At least some experience in a comparable role
  • Background in the industry (plate heat exchangers) is an advantage
  • Proven practical experience in selling or advising on complex products
  • Negotiation skills and clear communication
  • Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM systems is welcome
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Valid Class B driving license
