Responsibilities
Responsibility for international sales of civil engineering products in the primary focus countries: UK, Ireland, Scandinavia
Ongoing support, consulting and development of international customers
Strategic establishment and expansion of dealer and distribution networks
Active new-customer acquisition within a (multi-tier) international sales system
Providing adjacent support across Europe and other EMEA countries as needed
Conducting technical product presentations and on-site training
Supporting international sales partners at customer events
Identifying new market and sales opportunities through market monitoring
Supporting and accompanying tenders and infrastructure projects
Strengthening and further developing long-term international customer relationships
Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and sales units
Requirements
Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in international sales of technical products
Ideally experience in civil engineering, building materials, drainage systems, stormwater management or infrastructure projects
Technical understanding and a confident, consultative sales presence
Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and intercultural competence
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
High willingness to travel internationally, primarily within Europe
Confident use of common Office applications and CRM systems
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
