About the role
- Technical Product Manager optimizing product delivery for VoiceLine, an AI sales assistant. Collaborating across teams to streamline and scale product implementation.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve product delivery end-to-end.
- Take responsibility for the technical product delivery journey, from pre-sales scoping and implementation design to live customer workspaces.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of complexity across integrations, configuration, and rollout processes.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and requirements clarity.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, structured product initiatives and priorities.
- Shape technical product architecture and scalability.
- Enable self-service and low-/no-code delivery.
- Measure impact and continuously improve.
Requirements
- Experience in a Product Manager, Software Engineering, Technical Program Manager, or similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong expertise in integration and security architecture, including topics such as SSO, VPNs, REST APIs, and communication protocols.
- Solid coding literacy.
- Excellent communicator comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Enjoy structured problem-solving and have a strong ability to break down complex systems into scalable, repeatable solutions.
- Thrive in cross-functional environments.
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Knowledge in legacy enterprise system stacks like CRMs, ERPs, and ticketing systems is a plus.
- German language skills are highly preferred; fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
