Responsibilities
Own the commercial success of key cities in Norway and Denmark
Shape how micromobility is deployed, scaled, and made profitable
Build long-term relationships with local decision-makers
Form strategies around market entries and tenders
Collaborate closely with Policy, Operations, Growth, and Product teams
Identify growth opportunities within existing and new markets
Lead negotiations with cities, ensuring agreements align with financial objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for city stakeholders
Leverage data, analytics, and market insights to improve efficiency and unit economics
Requirements
B.Sc in business, engineering, or a similar field
Professional fluency in Norwegian and English
3–7+ years of experience in roles such as market development, strategy, operations, consulting or government relations
Proven experience managing and negotiating with external stakeholders
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder needs
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working with business performance metrics, business cases, or budgets
