Requirements
- B.Sc in business, engineering, or a similar field
- Professional fluency in Norwegian and English
- 3–7+ years of experience in roles such as market development, strategy, operations, consulting or government relations
- Proven experience managing and negotiating with external stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with business performance metrics, business cases, or budgets
