About the role

  • Operations Strategy Manager focusing on strategy, execution, and operational excellence at Voi. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful city launches and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of in-field and warehouse operation
  • Collaborate closely with local Fleet team, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams
  • Define and shape operations strategy and develop performance metrics
  • Drive high-quality data management to improve operational excellence
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Manage cross-functional operations projects
  • Contribute to city launches by coordinating planning and execution
  • Act as main point of contact for 3PLs and manage relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in operations or strategy
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data management
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions
  • Must be fluent in English.
