About the role

Responsibilities
- Focus on strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of in-field and warehouse operation
- Collaborate closely with local Fleet team, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams
- Define and shape operations strategy and develop performance metrics
- Drive high-quality data management to improve operational excellence
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Manage cross-functional operations projects
- Contribute to city launches by coordinating planning and execution
- Act as main point of contact for 3PLs and manage relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in operations or strategy
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in data management
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Must be fluent in English.
