Responsibilities
The Senior Product Analyst will serve as a strategic link between the Product area and the Revenue Management team, analyzing opportunities and proposing initiatives so the product portfolio contributes to pricing strategy development, revenue maximization and increased attractiveness in the markets operated by GOL.
Responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects and ensuring alignment of requirements across different company areas, guaranteeing integrated execution of Product initiatives.
Act as the focal point between Product and Revenue Management, ensuring alignment of information, objectives and initiatives.
Identify, together with the Revenue Management team, markets and routes with potential for revenue uplift through improvements, differentiation or new products.
Perform product performance analyses against revenue, load factor (occupancy), yield and competitiveness indicators.
Support the definition of differentiated cabin strategies, considering competitive positioning.
Monitor competitor moves and market trends that impact pricing and revenue strategies.
Propose adjustments to the product portfolio to increase the company’s attractiveness and differentiation in key markets.
Develop feasibility studies and financial impact simulations for new offers or product changes.
Prepare executive presentations with data, insights and recommendations.
Support the Product team in creating commercial arguments focused on incremental revenue.
Lead project management related to the product portfolio, ensuring schedules, responsibilities, deliverables and communications across areas.
Align requirements between areas such as Product, Revenue Management, Commercial (Sales), Marketing, Operations and Technology, facilitating decisions and removing barriers to execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
Strong knowledge of revenue metrics, pricing and commercial performance.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience with data analysis tools (BI, SQL, etc.).
Fluent English.
Experience in project management and collaborative work with multiple teams.
Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
