- Support the area Specialist in developing Training Programs and in creating and updating instructional materials;
- Assist leadership in managing training programs, the continuous improvement program, and educational projects.
- Develop, structure, and update training content;
- Ensure trainings comply with legal, normative, and regulatory requirements;
- Contribute to certification, recertification, and qualification maintenance processes.
- Monitor that Regulatory Training content remains compliant;
- Organize the evidence and materials required to respond to audits and inspections;
- Oversee the implementation of Corrective Action Plans related to internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (diploma or graduation certificate);
- Experience as a DOV (Operational Flight Dispatcher);
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Certification in Instructional Design;
- Advanced PowerPoint;
- Experience providing training for DT and DOV.
