About the role

  • As Analista de Gente e Cultura III at GOL, develop and support training programs for aircraft maintenance compliance. Collaborate with operations to enhance training materials for regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Area Specialist in developing Training Programs and creating and updating instructional materials;
  • Support leadership in managing training programs and educational projects;
  • Develop, structure, and update training content;
  • Ensure trainings comply with legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Monitor and verify that Regulatory Training content remains compliant;
  • Organize evidence and materials required for audits and inspections;
  • Oversee the execution of Corrective Action Plans related to audits;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (diploma or graduation certificate);
  • Previous experience as an aircraft mechanic;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Certification in Instructional Design;
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills;
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance training;
  • CHTs (AVI/CEL/GMP);
  • Type training for the aircraft you have worked on (Line/Ramp/Transit);
