- Responsible for posting and monitoring payments in our systems.
- Verify that payment requests comply with the budget plan.
- Monitor validation of services provided by requesting departments for payment postings via SAP, and follow up on subsequent payments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Operational Safety, Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure area needs are met.
- Map operational impacts and propose solutions to ensure continuity of operations during contract renewals and/or emergency hires.
- Interact with airport operators, service providers and suppliers.
- Participate in meetings by providing the finance perspective and representing the company in discussions with external clients.
- Track timeliness indicators and supplier contract compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (preferred);
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish;
- Experience in the aviation sector.
