About the role

  • Analista de Planejamento Malha Aérea II with GOL working on strategic air route planning. Focusing on efficiency, profitability, and operational effectiveness in aviation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop studies and analyses related to medium- and long-term flight supply and scheduling, focusing on revenue maximization and operational efficiency
  • Lead projects on new routes, capacity and frequency adjustments, as well as reductions and/or cancellations of economically underperforming flights
  • Build and improve economic and financial models to support rational, structured, and data-driven decision-making
  • Perform profitability, demand, connectivity, and market competitiveness analyses to support strategic network decisions
  • Work closely with operations, commercial, and finance teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of network decisions
  • Participate in capacity and fleet planning, contributing insights for the evolution of the airline’s route network
  • Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with autonomy, organization, and a high level of self-management
  • Communicate results and recommendations clearly and assertively to different levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Civil Aviation, Aeronautical Sciences, or Economics
  • Experience in air network planning
  • Advanced/expert Excel skills
  • Advanced English
  • Preferred: knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) and experience with data analysis tools
