About the role

  • Analista Administrativo I managing the lifecycle of company assets in a hybrid work environment. Seeking professionals with Facilities and Asset experience for inclusive team at GOL.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure monitoring of the useful life of all company fixed assets, from acquisition through to disposal/write-off.
  • Respond to service requests in the company's system;
  • Register and provide the asset number to initiate the purchase process;
  • Affix asset tags to all acquired assets upon arrival;
  • Record all location transfers reported by users in the system;
  • Prepare the form and process for asset disposal/write-off;
  • Perform asset inventory whenever necessary;
  • Provide post-inventory accounting reconciliation;
  • Send inventory completion confirmation and write-off report to Accounting;
  • Provide support to Internal Controls and Audit departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
  • Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Teamwork;
  • Flexibility and proactivity;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Experience with SAP ERP: desirable;
  • Intermediate Spanish: desirable.
