Responsibilities
- The incumbent will join the Compliance team at our headquarters, located in Barueri, São Paulo.
Requirements
- Lead and conduct internal investigations related to violations of the Code of Ethics or other corporate policies.
- Validate evidence and strategies to ensure the proper conduct of corporate investigations.
- Supervise third‑party due diligence processes (suppliers, partners, commercial representatives).
- Monitor and propose risk‑mitigation actions, overseeing processes with integrity and in compliance.
- Work closely with internal and external audits and support compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ANAC, Federal Revenue Service, international authorities).
