About the role
- Compliance Analyst conducting investigations and promoting ethical standards at Azul. Collaborating with internal auditors and managing compliance programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct or support internal investigations related to violations of the Code of Ethics or other corporate policies.
- Document evidence and outline strategies to ensure proper conduct of a corporate investigation.
- Perform third-party due diligence processes (suppliers, partners, commercial representatives).
- Monitor and propose risk mitigation actions, executing processes with integrity and in compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external audits and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor updates to legislation relevant to Compliance. Manage and continuously improve the Ethics Channel, ensuring appropriate handling, confidentiality, and traceability.
- Maintain and keep the Compliance Program up to date.
