About the role

  • Temporary Financial Analyst supporting financial operations in a multinational entertainment company. Focus on budget management, payments, and financial reporting in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Work on controlling, analyzing and supporting financial operations
  • Ensure proper management of budgets, payments, financial reporting and monitoring of investments
  • Complete and manage expense quotation forms
  • Prepare and follow up on purchase orders
  • Perform budget control
  • Monitor and manage payment of invoices and supplier invoices
  • Produce financial reports for payments, expenses and investments
  • Monitor and analyze financial and sales results
  • Support the monthly financial close
  • Maintain organization and update financial controls in tools and spreadsheets
  • Interface with internal teams and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance or related fields
  • Knowledge of budget control, accounts payable and financial processes
  • Experience with spreadsheets and financial control tools (Excel/Sheets)
  • Basic financial analysis, reconciliation and reporting skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and analytical
  • Good communication skills to interact with different areas
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Nice to have: experience with financial or budget management tools and basic English for reading and professional communication
