About the role
- PMO Finanças managing projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Overseeing methodologies, integration, and reporting to executive committee.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the project management workflow, requests, products, and services
- Execute medium- and high-complexity projects in an integrated manner
- Prioritize internal requests, projects, and activities
- Assess the level of risk of deviations
- Correct deviations or request corrections from the responsible areas
- Participate in and represent the area in committees and working groups
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to prepare executive-level presentations
- Plan, organize, control, and finalize activities related to process changes and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Willingness to learn and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in preparing executive presentations
- Specialized training and prior experience in project management
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Preferred / Desirable:
- Certifications in project methodologies (PMP, Scrum, Agile)
- Knowledge of revenue cycle areas (Credit, Billing, Collections, Accounts Receivable, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Planner
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Finance, or related fields
- Experience in digital transformation or process automation environments
