Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale procurement processes (hardware, software, services and IT solutions) with market-leading suppliers.
- Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs and complex negotiations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Conduct TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and ROI analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory compliance and mitigation of contractual risks.
- Present results and KPIs in executive meetings with clarity and objectivity.
- Collaborate with internal areas (IT and Cybersecurity, Legal, Finance) and strategic suppliers, maintaining strong, collaborative relationships.
Requirements
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT or related fields.
- Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in IT procurement and managing complex procurement processes.
- Strong knowledge of licensing models (perpetual, SaaS, subscription), support and maintenance contracts, procurement of software development services (Software Factories / AMS - Application Management Services), and Cloud Services.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and e-procurement platforms (GEP Smart).
- Advanced Excel and working knowledge of data analysis (Power BI or similar).
- Proficiency in preparing executive presentations and storytelling.
- Advanced Spanish and English.
