About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain employee health with emphasis on occupational risks.
- Monitor absenteeism indicators and propose prevention and control measures.
- Contribute to the health assessment of employees and to the handling of special occupational cases by conducting medical evaluations.
- Manage occupational examinations performed by external service providers.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of employee health initiatives through promotion of campaigns and health actions.
- Assist in the management of social security leaves and maternity leaves by evaluating indicators and the specifics of each case.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of health actions by evaluating health plan claims indicators and existing corporate health programs.
- Comply with requirements for maintaining the Occupational Health and Safety Management System and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs.
- Be familiar with Telefônica's Environmental Policy and apply it in daily activities to ensure the company's environmental best practices.
Requirements
- Medical degree with active CRM registration in Paraná (Regional Medical Council)
- Specialization in Occupational Medicine
- RQE specialist qualification (Registro de Qualificação de Especialista)
