Responsibilities

• Develop automations to mitigate manual tasks and reduce rework;
• Develop functional monitoring and views via dashboards;
• Apply AI and machine learning concepts in practical projects;
• Perform root cause analysis of incidents and failures;
• Develop processes and action plans to minimize functional impacts;
• Collaborate with other areas and participate in task forces;
• Act as the team's interface with partner areas and vendors;
• Debug code and systems to quickly and accurately identify and fix issues;
• Contribute to systems observability by implementing metrics, logs and alerts that ensure visibility and proactivity in operations;
• Knowledge and experience working with the SCRUM methodology

Requirements

• Proven professional experience and demonstrable knowledge in IT and Telecom, showing command of processes and services;
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Information Systems and/or related fields;
• Languages: Python, Java, Shell Script, PL/SQL;
• BI tools: Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling);
• Automation and systems integration;
• Practical knowledge of AI and machine learning;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems;
• Availability to support occasional deployments on weekends;
