Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical analyses of fixed access to support FTTx network growth, and for testing and certifying fixed access equipment and solutions.
- Assess growth requirements, prepare budgets, obtain approvals, and review contracts and suppliers, ensuring the quality of information provided to engineering and deployment teams, meeting company deadlines and ensuring budget execution.
- Develop automation tools to streamline daily analyses such as purchase order approvals, test reports, management reports for budgets and contracts, and inventories for FTTx and xDSL networks; develop a tool for automatic generation of Planning Technical Specifications (ESpecificação Técnica de Planejamento).
- Evaluate and approve Fixed Access requests.
- Test and certify Fixed Access solutions.
- Develop automation solutions related to network inventory, report generation and ETP.
- Approve budgets for issuing ETPs to engineering teams.
- Contribute to the area’s financial control through detailed analyses of project scopes.
- Evaluate suppliers’ technical proposals to support award decisions for new contracts.
