Responsibilities
Act as the technical-operational reference for delivery governance within the commerce platform, ensuring standardization and correct execution of software delivery processes
Define, structure and evolve the delivery framework, including project flows, quality gates, operational rituals and process acceptance criteria
Operate and lead formal governance gates, such as solution readiness validations, release readiness and post-implementation reviews
Ensure correct use of templates, checklists and operational standards by development teams and partners
Perform periodic audits of projects and deliveries, identifying process deviations, operational risks and opportunities for improvement
Monitor critical initiatives together with squads, acting proactively to mitigate risks of delay, rework and production instability
Work in an integrated manner with project teams, architecture, tech leads, DevOps, release management and operations to ensure alignment between process and execution
Support teams in adopting the practices and operating model defined by the COE (Center of Excellence)
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, proposing simplifications, automations and adjustments based on data and practical learnings
Produce executive reports on governance, compliance, risks and operational status for leadership
Support implementation of new models, rituals and organizational standards related to software delivery
Requirements
Bachelor's degree — preferred
Proven experience in governance, technology process management, project operations or IT operational excellence areas
Hands-on experience in multi-team environments
Experience defining, implementing and sustaining software delivery processes
Experience in project monitoring and oversight
Experience using management and governance tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalents
Practical knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle (Discovery, Development, Testing, Release and Post-Implementation)
Familiarity with agile and hybrid environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or customized delivery models)
Knowledge of release processes, versioning and environment governance (process-level understanding, not deep technical detail)
Ability to read and interpret operational indicators and delivery metrics
