About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Digital Risk Control Business Domain Tech team for Swiss Re
- Establish and maintain a robust digital risk posture across your area of responsibility
- Foster a strong risk culture within organizational structures
- Ensure threats and risks are understood, issues are handled timely, and controls are effective
- Collaborate with digital & technology teams to embed controls into operational procedures
- Measure performance and continuously improve our risk position
- Establish operational transparency through continuous monitoring and assessment of controls
- Drive corrective actions when necessary to meet our risk tolerance
- Create an environment enabling autonomy and mastery for all team members
- Develop staff skills through learning opportunities and growth plans

Requirements
- Strong people management and leadership skills with experience leading international teams
- Track record of successful delivery in IT governance-related roles (IT audit, operational risk management)-preferred applicants with 12+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Risk Management Frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 31000, and COSO ERM
- Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
