About the role

• AI Specialist innovating in Vivo's AI projects, designing scalable solutions and leading technical teams in São Paulo. Focused on Chatbots and Generative AI for digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical reference in AI, designing solutions for chatbots, generative AI, agents, and scalable platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional squads, guiding architecture, development, and engineering best practices.
• Define and detail architectural components in collaboration with partner teams (Architecture, Cloud, Data, Microservices).
• Ensure quality, security, observability, and compliance with corporate standards in AI deliveries.
• Conduct technical feasibility analyses, evaluate emerging technologies, and propose robust, scalable solutions.
• Support senior management and the director in technical decision-making and the strategic alignment of AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Solution architecture experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana (ECK), OpenAI, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
• Development experience with Python, TypeScript, C# (.NET Core), and React.
• CI/CD experience with GitLab, Jenkins, and Argo, using rigorous validation and deployment processes.
• Proven experience in large-scale projects involving chatbots, generative AI, scalable platforms, and digital transformation.
