About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for registering new products and managing amendment, revalidation and cancellation processes with ANVISA, covering categories including sanitizing products, personal care, cosmetics, fragrances and medical devices, as well as with MAPA for veterinary personal hygiene products.
- Responsible for company regulatory matters, including company registrations, corporate record changes and renewals of regulatory documents such as AFE, AE, Local Sanitary License, registrations with professional councils, IBAMA, and state and federal police.
- Daily monitoring and review of the Official Gazette to identify publications relevant to regulatory affairs.
- Conducting impact analyses of regulatory changes and projects, assessing implications and risks for the company.
- Continuous monitoring of the validity of regulatory documents for both companies and products, ensuring compliance and adherence to legal deadlines.
Requirements
- Degree in a health-related field.
- Experience in any of the following product categories: sanitizers, personal care, cosmetics and fragrances, medical devices and pet personal hygiene products.
- Preferred: experience registering Class III and IV medical devices and pet personal hygiene products.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
