About the role

  • BI Specialist Finance & HR supporting innovative healthcare solutions through data-driven enterprise control. Responsible for reporting, data modeling, planning, and process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Act independently as the interface between Finance, HR and IT
  • Take ownership of the Finance/HR BI landscape
  • Focus on Power BI, reporting and planning tool (Corporate Planner)
  • Integrate and interface DATEV data
  • Drive process automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Evaluate trends in the field
  • Ensure that financial and HR data are structured, reliable and meaningful
  • Design, develop and continuously improve Finance and HR dashboards in Power BI
  • Model and maintain data models (servers, interfaces, ETL scenarios)
  • Optimize performance of reports and data models
  • Connect and prepare data from upstream systems (especially reporting tool, DATEV, ERP and HR systems)
  • Establish standardized KPIs, definitions and governance structures
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and traceability
  • Support the expansion and technical maintenance of the reporting and planning tool (Corporate Planner)
  • Implement automated planning, forecasting and scenario models
  • Further harmonize Finance and HR planning logics
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using RPA
  • Build standardized workflows to improve efficiency
  • Work closely with financial controlling, HR, management and IT
  • Translate business requirements into scalable BI and planning solutions
  • Document models, processes and reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Controlling, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Several years of experience in the BI domain with a focus on Finance and/or HR
  • Strong SQL skills (SQL Server)
  • Solid hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, best practices)
  • Experience with or strong affinity for planning tools, ideally Corporate Planner
  • Very good understanding of financial and HR metrics
  • Experience working with financial accounting data and ideally DATEV
  • Structured, analytical way of working and strong communication skills
  • Very good German skills and good English skills
  • Nice to have: experience with RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath)
  • Basic knowledge of Python
  • Experience in building self-service BI structures
