About the role
- Junior Teamlead BI Consultant leading Data & Cloud consulting projects in Switzerland. Managing responsibilities for enterprise clients and collaborating with international teams in the BI sector.
Responsibilities
- Overall business responsibility for the Data & Cloud Consulting area in Switzerland.
- Project management, design and implementation of complex data warehouse (DWH) projects.
- Project responsibility for global enterprise clients.
- Close collaboration with the leadership team and international consulting teams.
- Support clients from presales through to company-wide roll-outs.
- Travel approximately 1–2 days per week.
Requirements
- Several years of experience with Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL Server, Azure Analysis Services, Power Apps or similar components.
- Advantage: experience with dbt, Snowflake, Databricks.
- On-premises or other cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP are desirable.
- Initial experience in team building, early leadership or deputy team lead experience, and working with C-level stakeholders (internal/external) is desirable.
- Several years of consulting experience (3+ years preferred); flexibility and willingness to travel required.
- Degree in business informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or equivalent and substantial experience in Business Intelligence or Data Management.
- Strong aptitude for creative problem solving and the ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Very good German and English language skills.
