QA Engineer working with health tech solutions ensuring quality and proposing improvements in digital products for Vitat to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally with squads to ensure alignment and quality across all fronts.
Perform functional, exploratory and primarily regression tests to ensure the stability of the brand apps.
Identify, document and track bugs, ensuring proper prioritization and consistent fixes.
Create and evolve test scenarios, cases and plans with a focus on risk, impact and user behavior.
Serve as a technical quality reference, supporting the team in analyses, decisions and QA best practices.
Act as a bridge between RD Saúde and Vitat, ensuring alignment of requirements, flows and quality standards.
Collaborate with Product and Technology to ensure high-quality deliveries.
Propose continuous improvements in processes, tools and the overall quality of products.
Support automation discussions and initiatives when needed, even with a primary focus on manual testing.
Requirements
Strong experience as a QA working on digital products and in agile methodologies.
Proficiency in functional, regression and exploratory testing and in quality documentation.
Ability to define test strategy and perform risk analyses.
Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps or similar).
Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman).
Organized, clear communicator and systemic thinker.
Familiarity with React Native to understand app behavior and support analyses.
Experience in health techs, regulated products or high-criticality environments.
Experience with test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Appium or similar).
Knowledge of CI/CD and Git.
Awareness of LGPD and security best practices applied to health products.
Experience with mobile apps.
Experience with large ecosystems or complex integrations.
